It’s got a huge living room, a great big bedroom, an “office” or spare bedroom, too much kitchen, and not very much bathroom. It really is a great apartment. Pros: You aren’t sharing room with anyone. The guy on in apt. 2 on the same floor is pretty cool. You have a big yard both in front and back. Big porch. Basement for storage. Laundry down the street. The landlord is reputible (Bel-Cross). Cons: Bedroom’s kinda cold (easily remedied with a heating blanket.) Umm…I can’t think of anything else. If I could stay, I so would. This is such a great place for one student, or even someone who is just starting out and loves living alone. There’s even room for a boyfriend – the lease offers an extra person for just $100 a month. I’m looking for someone to take this over IMMEDIATELY.
