This house is located a few blocks down the road from Fairmont State Univeristy and is a stone home very sturdy does need repairs its a handyman special but has unlimited potential. If you are educated in home repairs and like to polish this gem then make an offer. It looks like someone walked out of it and closed the door in 1940 and never came back all original hardwood floors, mantels pocket doors, hutch.
